Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind after purchase and would like to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to determine if a refund can occur. As all pieces are made to order, refunds are only possible if the item has not already been made.
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the item if the item has not been damaged or worn. If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size or style, please contact us at email@example.com. Customers will be responsible for shipping the piece back to Forged and Co, and will be responsible for shipment back. A resize fee is applicable, please email for more information.
Forged and Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
If we have worked together on a custom piece (not listed on the website), that item is final sale and not eligible for exchange/refund. Sale items are final.
